OK, I'm 13 years old. However i have a SERIOUS problem, i take that back... addiction. OK, I'll start from the beginning. OK, for once, theres this girl whos literally OBSESSED with me. Yes, i like it, however im dating her. So i guess im her "bf". My parents dont know about my gf, and I dont want them to. I have decided that i am a "flirt" or a "player" and i cant stop liking girls. So, for my first question:

How can i dump her nicely, respectively, without it getting dirty, and my parents knowing.

Ok, so you may think: "Thats not hard." Well, i have another problem. I also need to fix it.

I masturbate, at least once a day, every day. I cant stop it. No matter what. I want to stop! But i dont want anyone else to get involved. Yes, thats a problem, but to top it off, i have to make it more complicated. I am seeing a Urologist. (Prostate docter). The urologist will definately care, if it was smaller than last time, he might think its some disease or something, and operate on it again. And plus, he'll definately tell my mom. (Yikes!)

It is normal to masturbate, there is no problem there, if your urologist asks it is just fine to tell him, he is a professional and knows the majority of men do masturbate.

OK, for the girl problem. Straight up tell her that you're too young to have one girlfriend right now and because you really like her, you don't want to hurt her by being tempted to cheat on her, so you'd like for both of you to also date other people. She'll prolly get all sad & scared if its her first breakup, but be firm and honest that you don't want a relationship with one person right now. Honestly, you probably shouldn't be seeing anyone right now because of your age & maturity level and the fact that its obvious you're having the mid-puberty testosterone rush. It's liable to make you do something stupid like have sex and end up getting some girl pregnant or get yourself a disease or just confuse the hell out of the both of you emotionally.

As for your urologist, you need to understand that almost all guys go through what you're going through to some extent at your age. He EXPECTS you to masturbate on an almost daily basis. If he asks you about it, just say "yeah, well I'm at that age where the hormones take over." He'll understand, and if it's a problem, he'll try to relate by telling you he did the same thing (ew, I know), and tell you any medical info you need to know from there.

The question about the testis growing "back to norm" is one for the urologist. Hun, I really think if they've grown, they're not going to shrink. You're in the middle of puberty and those hormones that make you a "player" and a monkey spanking junkie also make you grow to adult size down there.

The masturbation thing is really no big deal. Your urologist probably doesn't even care.

As for breaking up with someone -- it's going to hurt her feelings, and you will feel bad about it. She will say she hates you to all of her friends and there will be drama, but it's all normal and part of it. Just tell her you don't want to go out with her -- tell her she is too serious about you and you guys are too young. That will sort of put some of the responsibility for the break up on her.

I don't think if you asked your Dr. for Dr. patient privilege on this one specific masterbation problem that he wouldn't tell your parents.
To let the girl go: tell her you really enjoyed dating but are not ready for a relationship. Tell her it is not her, but you, that way she won't think there is something wrong with her or that she has done somethin wrong to scare you away. Tell her she is pretty and you have enjoyed her company but feel it is time to move on. Tell her she will have someone she deserves and not someone like you who wants to be free to date any other people. I hope this helps.
