She doesn't really mean anything by that, because she is obviously beating around the bush. She wants to say something else to you, like, "I love you," or something along those lines. That's something totally weird to say to a guy, and a girl would never say it unless she was hiding her true feelings.

you're a really good friend to her. you've been there for her. her intonation/body lang would tell if she meant more than that.
