There are quite a few sites that offer free tabs and chords for songs for guitar's and other instruments online.
Check out the links below, maybe you can find a few songs from these sites that only have one chord though from what I understand it's not that common a use for songs.

I've never heard of a song with one chord. "Tom Dooley" has two chords, I thought that was the minimum.....
