I don't speak a single word to him by myself. My fricking door's lock is broken, so I can't lock the room. Every night he barges in and talks some crap. I even pretend to sleep, but he *wakes me up* and talks nonsense. I want to scream "Get the f outta here", but don't say anything for the fear of sounding rude. Moving out is one solution, but do you have anything other than that?

He has no right to barge into your room like that. Not only is it rude, it's disrepectful and an invasion of your privacy. You don't have to be rude but you can be very firm and tell him you don't appreciate people barging in your room like that and he needs to knock and wait for you to allow him in. If he continues with this, then it's time to get rude and get the point across to where he understands it.

Ask him nicely if he could be quiet when gets home at night, he should show you some respect too, if he needs to talk to you it can wait til morning, unless its is an emergency. If this doesn't work , one of you might have to move out!

next time he walks in yell get out and act like you are on the phone or something, get a lock as soon as possible, if he could be rude by walking in then you could be rude by telling him to get out.

set up a trap to get him. i recomend shooting bug killer in his face. put a laser pointer on a bottle of Raid and shoot it in his mouth. i guarentee it.
