Pikachu. I know that it will be a totally girl answer but I can't resist it...he is so cute, and might I add, very powerful! His one word vocabulary is the most adorable thing I have ever saw!
2nd Fav:Squirttle
Again, girl answer...He is adorable. Besides that he is also powerful, and he has an innocent look about him. I love these pokemon because not only are they cute, but the are Ash's backbone. Without his Pokemon friends, he wouldn't have stood a chance with his competitors!

I have 2, Jolteon and Ursaring.
Jolteon because he/she can use both electric and normal attacks.
Ursaring. Who doesn't love a big teddy bear?
