Love authentic nonamericanized Chinese and Mexican food.
I hate the tex-mex cheese all over the plate and can't see what you ordered stuff! I grew up on wonderful healthy prepared mexican fare. The Chinese food is atrocious too here. I try to get it as authentic as I can and it really is very delicious.
