In my opinion, Let Go is one of the most perfect albums in the past ten years. What do you think? Only reply if you have something productive to say and have actually listened to her albums. Ah crap, I'm getting old. I like Let Go, but I meant that Under My Skin is one of the most perfect albums in the last decade.

Some of her songs are great but I'm still not sure about her. She keeps letting me down when I put trust in her as a consistent, talented artist so I have to lean towards manufactured puppet.

in my opinion, i think that avril started out as a genuine artist, let's not go so far as to say genius, John Lennon was a genius. she's good but when she first started out, she was herself, you knew through her lyrics and style that she did what she wanted. over the past few years, she's turned into more of a puppet. thats just my opinion though

Hey I'm old school man and Avril is a very talented artist full of aggression and she has learned to put it in her tunes and apply it positively

i think let go was awesome, but under my skin didn't have the same edge. it kind of bored me. I own both, but let go is so much better. not perfect, but good.
