There's no really safe or healthy way to lose weight fast.
But every bit helps- the main thing is to
1. eat healthy meals that include lean meats or poultry, fruits & veggies, and a minimal amt of starches.
2. get active. walk, run, play a sport, execise
They say you tend to eat more if you sit home alot especially w/ tv
So take a walk around the block, the mall or to the park. -maybe even w/ a friend(s).
when going out in a car don't park by the door- use the walk across the parking lot as part of your exercise routine. One news report said that if you park less than eight spaces from your location, your are out of shape.
Whatever method you choose check w/ a doc first t be sure it's a safe & healthy choice for you.
I'm sure your frienda and family would rather ralk to yuo than about you when you're gone.

95 pounds and how old and how tall? If you answer over the age of 12 and over the height of 4 feet, then you don't need to lose weight. In fact, you're underweight and that's not only unhealthy in a general sense, but also in the dangerous sense. You can get a lot of health problems (serious ones too) from being underweight.
All you need to do is eat healthy and be active.

well I lost 5 lbs in 2 days. When I didn't eat anything. And even more when I learned how to purge! (True story) Seriously, though, unless you are under 5 feet, you don't need to lose weight.
And if you are under 5 feet, then you are most likely a pretty young, and children shouldn't be on diets. They should just start eating healthfully and playing outside with their friends.
If you really need to lose 5 lbs, don't eat for two weeks. Trust me, you'll lose it all. (Don't do that. I am kidding about a v. serious matter). And not eating for two weeks sucks. I've tried.

Unless you are under 5' tall, 98 lbs is low enough. I don't think you need to be losing any more weight.
If your size is an issue, try working out and toning the flab rather the concentrating on the number on the scale.
Perhaps check an anorexia site to see if you have the symptoms.

95??? how tall are you?? How much are you wanting to lose?? I bet your probably really small and look thin. You dont have to look like a model just cause they are in the magazines. Listen who cares about weight when your 95 pound. Trust me I am 125 and I could care less if I have a gut or not.

Well, first of all, how tall and how old are you? 95 lbs sounds too thin, and I'm 5'2! Unless you are 5' and under, 95 lbs itself isn't healthy, and you dont' need to lose weight.
