It's only called a queef if it comes out of a girl's pussy. It's called a queef because that's what it sounds like.

When you are having sex , usually doggie style, air is trapped in your vagina. When this builds up enough pressure it poofs out. That is a queef, or a pussy fart. Very different from butt gas that is caused by eating to many Sardines and Sauerkraut
