The Kingdom of Prussia was a kingdom from 1701 - 1918, and from 1871 was the leading state of the German Empire, comprising almost two-thirds of the area of the Empire.
Under the leadership of Prime Minister Otto von Bismarck, Prussia's military victories in the Second War of Schleswig (1864), the Austro-Prussian War (1866), and the Franco-Prussian War (1870) allowed the creation of the German Empire and the Unification of Germany in 1871.
The Kingdom of Prussia became the leading power within Germany and constituted the majority of its territory, while its Kings became German Emperors (Kaisers).
With the abdication of Wilhelm II of Germany in 1918, the Kingdom of Prussia was dissolved and replaced with the Free State of Prussia. Which is now part of Germany
So you see, it would never have a President because it was a Kingdom and would therefore have a King. Now it is part of Germany, it is ruled by the Prime Minister of Germany or more correctly the Chancellor, which is a woman called Angela Merkel at the moment. By the way, only Republics have Presidents.

It's hard to have a president for a nation that no longer exists. Perhaps if the Prussian people were like the Palestinians, but I haven't heard of any Prussians crying out for their own nation.
