try the Anew product line from Avon. You can find the perfect face cleanser and toner/moisturizer to suit your skin type. The products are all great and I use them on a regular basis. If you have any questions about any of the products feel free to email me anytime.

Hey girl I'm african american too. You can try proactive it really works. I had the same thing as well (except stretch marks no offense) but anyway try going to your local mall or you can shop online to fashion fair makeup. They have skin cleansers and other things to tone your skin. Stay beautiful!!

Cleanser and moisturizer will not even out skin tone. Skin tone refers to the colors of your skin, to even out use make up. I like Bare Minerals. My dermatologist recommends Purpose, Basis and Aveeno products.
