If your talking about men......I've never heard about it causing cancer of the pancreas. Why would it? What does the pancreas have to do with masturbation? Nothing. I've heard it actually helps prevent prostate cancer. This makes sense because you keep clearing out the tracts where prostate cancer can develop.

The pancreas has nothing to do with the reproductive organs, and no, masturbation will not cause cancer, anywhere.
It's amazing what kind of silly things people will come up with about any and every subject of which they don't have the slightest knowledge about. Whoever told you that isn't very smart.

There is no such thing as over masturbation. And it has nothing to do with your pancreas. Before they say it could cause a prostate problems in the future, but now it's not anymore it is even believed to keep prostate from being healthy. But it's better to do it in moderation. Anything should be in moderation so as not to abuse yourself.

i think the reason why people feel like this is that after masturbation some people feel guilty and that becomes depression for them.. hence depression is kind of stress giving thing that really would affect your stomach and so pancreas too.. advise you not to feel guilt about masturbation instead feel good and limit the number to 1 per week.. thnks

I have heard 2 it prevents prostate cancer.

i think you mean prostatic cancer, pacncreas is not even related to musturbation or sex organs,
over masturbation can cause prostatic problems and yes it may lead to cancer,
