In your browser go to Internet Explorer and the privacy tab. Enable or check popup blocker. If you use Firefox there is a tab for that too.
Get Ewido free 14 day trial. Reboot your computer in safe mode and run this program to get rid of spyware or adware. Microsoft has Defender which you can download too.

An adblocker program like McAfee Privacy Service, or Spyroot. (not free)
Or subscribe to the service, sometimes that will remove the banner ads and such...
