Click on the "start" button on your computer then go to where it says "Search". Then type in temporary internet files or local settings and it should pull them up. Make sure that you do not have "search for only Video files" or something like that checked while it is searching. I always just tell it to look in all file and folders.

In Windows XP, the files themselves are stored in C:\Documents and Settings\(your username)\Local Settings (assuming your Windows hard drive is C:, as it usually is). However, the folder is hidden, so you may need to go to Tools>Folder Options>View in Explorer and select "Show hidden files and folders" in order to see it.

Right-click "My Compter" and choose "Explore". That will open Windows Explorer. Then go to "Tools - Folder Options". Go to the "View" tab. Turn on "Show hidden files and folders". Now you will be able to find it.
