I'm a boss and I close the door to avoid being interrupted while I am completing the MOUNTAINS of paperwork on my desk.....Sometimes I just need a break from all of the whining and other times I close the door to have a private conversation with my husband or my kids.....Haven't napped at work though yet.......Maybe I'll try that next!!!!!LOL
