I hate to be blunt here, but most of the women who walk with their cleavage hanging out so that guys have to pick their tongue up off the floor, are either trash who do it to make themselves feel better or they are just desperate for attention.

I think that women show cleavage because the styles are more low cut than ever. People tend to mimic what they see on TV. Everywhere on TV women show cleavage. I have seen shows where professional women in short skirted business suits with there cleavage hanging all out. That is totally inappropriate in any office I have worked in.
I think in certain situations, cleavage is lovely and sexy, I don't have a problem with it, I wear low cut things. But, as with everything, there is a time and a place.

I totally agree with one of the answeres that says "if u got it flaunt it b4 it all droops". I mean if u wanna show it off then go ahead. It's the women's choice. I show cleavage in the shirts i wear but i don't do it to show off. I wear the cloths like that because i like them. I don't care what people think but a lil flattering is nice sometimes i do have to say.

Some girls are just insecure and feel they need that kind of attention to be accepted which is totally dumb.
But also, i think some cleavage can look elegant but some just looks trashy, if you are going to show some do it in an elegnat feminen way... don't be a easy.

I think the reason falls to the following grounds:
1.To go along with the trends and its parts of fashion.
2.They think that through showing their cleavage will makes them
look sexy.
3.To be attractive to the guys.
4.To express what they wanted to do.
5.To exercise inalienable rights.It's their right.
6.It is arts.

My sister is a very smart lady, but on the certain occasion that she wants to look sexy she goes all out and believe me.... You ain't seen cleavage until you've seen those puppies.... And she's proud as a peacock....lol She's my sister and if you dis her I'll have to... well, just don't dis her and we'll be cool.
