who was your favorite on the show?

I am a big M*A*S*H fan. My fave well it is hard to say. Of course i love Hawkey but Klinger was so funny and Radar I sure missed col. Blake when he died and Trapper oh I don't know. I think the reason i am such a fan is because i love the entire ensemble. I was accused of being the biggest fan of all because my family says no one else would go through the time to collect so many pics and news articlse and make a scrapebook but I did

First off, M*A*S*H is the only TV show I love, let alone tolerate, I hate most TV shows, too fake. Captain Benjamin Franklin Pierce (Hawkeye) is by far my favorite followed by B.J. Hunnicut, Klinger, Walter (Radar) O'Rieley, Colonial Potter, Margaret Houlihan, Charles Emerson Winchester III, ugly ol' Frank.

That reminds me of a joke.
There was a baby boy that was born to a couple from Slobovia.
Unfortunately the baby was born without eyelids. The Doctor told the Father of the baby that he had the most wonderful plan to fix the babies eyes.
"When I circumcise the baby" said the doctor "I will sew the skin from the circumcision to make eyelids for your baby."
"But Doctor" complained the man wouldn't that make him little bit ********?"
"Yes" said the doctor "but think of the foresight he will have"

Trapper John in the movie and TV show.Liked John Schucks Painless Pole Waldowski but they did not use that character much.

Frank Burns. He made the show funny. After that character left the show, it wasn't nearly as funny.

Hawkeye-the quickest wit on TV, and a really complecated character when you slice through the humor.
