A gym membership because of the various different types of equipment. The gym has the advantage of other people;some that could help you out, converse, have fun. Bowflex is more of an isolated event at home. I noticed there are a lot for sale in the classifieds.Good luck.

I think gym! I have a bowflex and let me tell you! Watching Your favorite show on the tele doesn't help your work out! OK so I put the bowflex in a room without the tele and here comes the kids and wife nagging me throughout my workout! GO TO THE GYM!!

Gym membership is better than getting an exercise equipment at home. When you join a gym they will provide a complimentary training session. Usually when you have your own exercise machine you will be bored working out on your own. Unlike in the gym you can see those people working out with nice body you will be motivated to workout hard to achieve what those people achieved. But bear in mind when choosing a gym make sure it's not too far from your home or place of work, this is also one way how people tend not to go to gym because of the location. Piece of advice don't also enrol in a gym that will ask you to commit yourself or bound you to a contract. If it so happen you didn't like it, it's hard to get out of their contract.

depends on your work schedule and your determination.

If you have time after work and feel like fitness is important enough to drive to the gym every evening then get a gym membership.

Gym is close to your work / home.

You want to socialize with other gym members/girls.

How is the weather? Cold weather makes people not want to go outside.

If you like to watch TV after you come home then get a BowFlex...so you can workout and get your fix of the Sex and the City. hehe...j/k

Hope this helps.

if you can get personal training I owuld get the membership for a period of time and then bowflex so you are sure you're doing the right exercises. Over pumped men are not attractive need to know what muscles to work.

Both, that way you can never make an exuse not to excerise. You can say "I don't feel like going to the gym" I want to stay at home. And when you stay at home you can work out on the bowflex

alright...
pros of having membership- u can see others there n u wont get bored. there's other things u can do at the gym.
pros of bowflex- u can workout by ureself if u like to be solitary all of the time. u can cocentrate morre alone.
so either way could be a good choice. altho.... i say bowflex!

Neither, get the urban rebounder. It is the only excercise proven to work every single muscle in your body. It is very simple to use, but provides a very good workout. Also it doesnt put any unnecessary strain on your joints and back. You can use it in the privacy of your own home. And unlike other workouts, you will never get bored with the same tiring routine. You can do a different one everyday. Plus, you only have to pay for it one time, not every month like the gym.
