Because they think the people they call 'ugly' are ugly.

"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" well then "ugly is in the eye of the beholder". (I personally do not refer to people as ugly. I feel some people are just unattractive.) The way we view other people largely has to deal with experiences within our culture and our society. Growing up I remember hearing others say "Oh, look how ugly he (or she) is." Every time I heard that, I was conditioned to think someone who looked that way was "ugly". This sort of thing happens a lot throughout childhood, adolescence, and sadly enough even into adulthood.

Have you ever heard of Leonardo DaVinci's Vitruvian Man. It is a drawing that he did in an effort to answer that very question, or rather what makes someone not ugly, or in other words beautiful. The proportions of the Vitruvian Man are mathmatical proportions that can be found in many beautiful things in nature. They are proportions that our eyes are drawn to naturally and instinctively. In a sense we are designed to know what perfect beauty looks like. The same proportions applied to a face (the proportions of forhead ratio to entire face and/or eye placement create what we consider a beautiful face. Look into it if you're interested.
However, beauty is only skin deep. People who cannot see past that are quite shallow.

because all they care about is them selves but you are not ugly so if any on e calls you ugly just ignore them and just think of something good then that will kept it out of you're mind or just say to you're self I'm not ugly I'm very pretty no matter what other people think of me just act like you re self

Because we are all imperfect beings. Can you imagine what real beauty and ugliness looked like to the perfect first humans before they sinned.

They're just ugly, but some people might look better after an extreme makeover. I mean really extreme.

God created people for a reason, and in his eyes, everyone is beautiful in his or her own way, there is beauty in everyone and charm in their special way and look., most people expect others to look like them in order to feel that they are good looking, and the true is, if everyone look the same, what a boring world this will be. expend your vision, see the beauty in everyone. and they are truly remarkably beautiful. God have never created anyone ugly.

because society has taught us to believe that there's a certain look that's sexy.... but I believe theirs a shoe for every foot so all the ugly people can be happy too.... But it's not a very nice way to look at life is it?

They have eyes. Anyway ugly is relative. I think there's always a beautiful side of everything (but disaster and war).
