If I am not mistaken Vostok has recorded -90F before so that would make it the coldest, lol. Cambridge, Mass @ MIT has created the coldest temps, which is pretty cool also. Sorry I know it isn't what you asked but it is all I came up with.

well i must say i have never traveled any where the farthest i've travled is huntsville tx... so the only thing i can say Houston is the best place to live.. the only bad thing is that its much crowded than before ever since the people form luisiana came here... no offence to anyone from there..
