Like could this be done on a ride at Six Flags or some science experiment gone haywire?

the person would "explode". the centifical force would increace till the skin could no longer hold the blood in and he/she would explode

nothing in amusement parks spin fast enough to even heat up whatever you're sitting in.
well, lets see. A SR-71's skin heats up quite hot, and it goes a few machs, so lets say 2000 mph. do some math, and you get a rpm of about 4000, and about 20000 G's on a 5 meter radius spinning ride where the floor drops out. safe to say its enough to disengrate a human before he/she vaporizes

A person would be torn assunder (limbs falling off) far before this would happen. They wouldn't have any possibility of surviving the experiment. It could be possible, but why would anyone want to do it?

Yes, it is possible, but the energy required would be enormous. Therefore it could not happen with any known piece of equipment that exists in the world today.

if the body was spinning in air it could burn up do to friction, think of the space shuttle entering the atmosphere.
