I live in Mexico but I am american.
I've seen the same person for the past few days. In the same car.
He seems to be following me.
Its not just my side of town either.
What should I do.
Did I mention I"m 13.
I have a life and dont want to be shut up in my house
but I also dont want to be kidnapped.
Please help.
Am I just paranoid?
Maybe its a coincidence?

Kidnapping is a big problem down there. Happened to a good friend of mine.
You need to let your parents know. You need to contact the authorities. Maybe a body guard is a good idea.
Carry a whistle.
Get a cell phone with a camera.
Carry a pocket knife.
Start taking a self defense course.
Don't go out alone.
Always keep in crowded areas when you do go out. Take cabs home - don't walk alone. Or get someone to pick you up. Or walk home with others.
If you ride a bike and are grabbed - don't let go of the bike. It will make them harder to drag you if hang on to the bike. How would they get you in a car?
How is your spanish? If it is not good - get some lessons. Also, get all the essential contact information that you need to know in order to get home and all that - get it written down in Spanish and carry it with you. Know how to scream danger and kidnapping and this man is not related to me or leave me alone.
Don't just walk around corners. Walk around them widely. Give yourself time to react to who might be there as you go around.
Always pay attention to your surroundings.
Don't carry bags with a strap across your body. If you have to carry things, have then positioned so that you can drop them at any moment and run if you have to.

Call the authorities...tell your keepers.. that you've seen the same person twice in a few days doesn't really mean alot. Try to get to the bottom of why you think kidnapping is even a issue or possibility in the first place.

Tell your parents and make sure you don't go anywhere alone but in groups. I don't want to scare you but there is a "white slave trade" where they take kids and sell them in other countries and some countries like Mexico are known for it happening there more so than other places. Tell someone and don't travel alone even to the corner store. I'll pray for you.

ok i have the samething is happening to me and im also 13. what i've been doing is when i leave the house i'll stay will a group of friends or who ever im with. and does any one know?? if they do then thats good. but if you never told anyone i would tell some people who you are close to. ok next time you see who ever is following you try to see what the person looks liek and remember what he looks like and also if you can see his licens plate # remember it and write it down and tell it to the people that you are close to. ok i hope nothing happens to you and if you ever want any more advice e-mail me at cky_valo@yahoo.com ok take care bye

Dear, you are being scouted out for a possible kidnapping for sex trade or something equally horrible. Inform your parents immediately. If your Yahoo moniker is any indication,then kidnapping for ransom is also another possibility. don't be silly about being cooped up-tell your parents and never be alone until the situation is resolved. Um you need to tell your parents/gaurdian as quickly as possible. If this person is following you then they obviously know where you live and can grab you in the middle of the night. Better be safe than sorry! Goodluck!

where are your parents, if they are not around, then maybe you should consider living back in the u.s. with another relative if you are that sacred, and im not making fun of you, those people down there are crazy and they do things like that all the time

why are you in mexico? where are your parents? cant you tell them or the police or someone you trust? geeez, now i will worry about you! if you are afriad you should seek help. use this internet right now to contact the cops or family, someone who can help you.
