Some reptiles (turtles, snakes) hear vibrations through tympanic membranes and therefor could not responed. Crocodilians, lizards, and tuataras have real ears so the could respond. Iguanas and Monitors are known for there intelegence and have at times responded but they won't always do what you want.

My boyfriends iguana seems to respond to him quite well. More of just a 'notice' though. Reptiles don't seem that responsive to anything besides food and climate.

gators in Florida come to a feeding call. I saw a monitor one time that would come running at the sound of a cardboard box opening with a rat. I suppose quite a few would associate food with voice but I don't see them doing it for affection

Iguanas. They will get used to certain words much like a dog or a cat. if they hear its name enough they will respond when you say its name. and other comands as well.

Tegus, they are potty-trainable too. They are almost like cats. Very good pets. Popeye, you lie, don't talk.

none, they hear by vibration, not by sound, so nothing responds other than knowing that something is making vibrations
