Yes, This Charger will work just fine. But i would be safe & only charge the headset till its done & take it off as soon as the light indicates it's charged. That charger will work on a number of current & old Motorola Phones, including Most condor series Nextels as well as Motorola's Current V (v551/v400ect.) series.
