Oh my gosh i have to get up early and go with my family to a campground..i am kinda excited...i have need to sleep and i cant sleep please give me some tips on how to get to sleep i have tried watching t.v i have tried listening to music and just laying there it wont work i am tired....please help me if you can! :(

I am soo excited and its kinda humid....my eyes are heavy and i wanna sleep its just when i get almost asleep boom im awake...:( i dont wanna be tired at the campground

Read a book.
Reading makes your eyes tired and you'll probably go
off to sleep quicker than if you are doing anything active
or being stimulated with music/tv etc
Keep your surroundings nice and quiet
Have a cup of warm milk and read
Have fun at camp

Eat some carbs, like a bagel. Then lie down and read a book. Don't worry about falling asleep. As long as you're lying still and relaxing, you're getting some rest. At some point, your eyes will just close.
I do this all the time, and sometimes even fall asleep with the lamp on.

I have the same problem. I can just lay there and not watch tv, read, or do anything that would make me tired, but yet it takes forever for me to sleep. I think the only reason why I can't sleep is that my mind is always running. So good luck.

watch the most boring politican on tv that you can think of, until you fall asleep on the couch. not the best sleep, but at least you will sleep.

first of all turn off the computer shut out the lights. turn on the fan and crawl into bed. count sheep, if you have to. close your eyes and go to sleep.

put a pillow over your eyes and close your eyes...think about anything and before you know it, you're asleep.
