I know a little about most cars and a bunch about some cars. Easiest way to learn about cars is to drive one, buy a repair manual, and read it until you understand what you're looking at. I know one thing not everyone else knows, buying a brand new car is probably one of the stupidest thing the average American can do, unless you're filthy rich and it doesn't matter anyway.

Not everyone knows that some cars have a restrictor on the engine to keep the car from going too fast. I know mustangs have them.

well i have been a mechanic for 35 yrs,,but the question you asked has no answer,,i own a repair shop,and there is probably a few things i don't know,,but there are probably a few thing,s that i know,,that no one else know,s,,these thing,s like all good kept secret,s,,shall remain a secret,,it,s like learn as you go in the car business,,a wise man once said,,never teach a student everything you ,,and the reason he remained a wise man,,is that he kept a few good secret,s to him self.
