Sure does, that's why they always want you to take care of yourself like taking showers and being well groomed. But having good looks also is a plus.

I really don't believe so! I mean looking a certain way could get u places but i don't think that it will always take u where u want 2 go! Much less further in life! My persona; opinion is that if u can't be the way u r then u r really cheating yourself!!!

unforuntately yes.
think about it... if you buy a house or a car... the person you are buying from you'd want to look nice... esp the way they dress, the car they drive. if they are good at what they do, they will have the money to make a great first impression,... which is usually based on looks.
if you are good looking/hot/pretty/sexy etc it seems like everything is easier at first. you get a "chance" ... but if you cant back it up by attitude, education, iq, MANNERS, professionalism etc ... youll be out the door in most cases.

It helps, but it certainly isn't the rule.
Intelligence and confidence and professionalism will still beat out the 'pretty' factor.
Unless your in a profession that requires beauty, such as modeling, acting or marrying rich.

Of course. Its not necessarily being better looking... A club bouncer might advance in his/her career if they are big and mean looking. A plus size model, big but beautiful... A ?.....
