What is probably happening is that there looks like more sex in a music video because it is shorter than a movie and they have to get it all in. I would do an experiment: watch both and time the minutes that you see a simulated sex act going on. That might give you a more conclusive answer.

I think the sex in videos is more compressed, thus appearing to have more, but movies can take their time with the sex scenes. Check out "Two Moon Junction".

At least they have the common courtesy of rating movies, I never see a "TV MA" mark on my music video.

like P.Diddy said "sex sales", so they do it in both. i would think in movies and but alot of sexual teasing in the music videos
