There are lots of things that you can do to improve your playing skills. Some simple ones are:
1. Get a harder reed (#3)
2. Sit up straight with you head up
3. Have enough reed in your mouth and don't bite down so hard when you go up the register
4. Keep your embouchure firm
5. Use pressure from your stomach (or diaphragm) to help control the amount of air that goes through your instrument
6. And most importantly: Practice, Practice, Practice!

Make sure all pads fit properly, use a hard reed (#3 or higher), use a tuner to try the alternate fingerings and see which is easiest to get/keep in tune, work up to the note chromatically until you are used to it. Hopefully there will be more hints.
P.S. many student grade Clarinets will not be in tune on notes above high C. Good Luck.

Basically tighten your embouchure, tighten the corners of your mouth like you're fake smiling with your mouth closed and kinda pull ur chin down. After a while it wont take that much effort because the notes will come easier to play. Try playing chromatically starting with bflat in your middle register and work your way up. Make sure your reed is moist and blow air fast thru your horn. I can get up to about F in my high register.

Keep the corners of your lips inward like you're saying "ooh" not "aah" (which makes the corners far apart). Keep your embouchure tight and don't be tense because that will cause squeaks on your sound. Blow quick, cold air ACROSS your reed to produce better sounds.

Put your mouth higher up on the reed. It will make a higher sound. :)
