my colleague always boss us around just becoz she is close with our office manager. does she think it will make her the imaginary asst manager? should i confront her?

yes, because if you let it fester it will only make things worse. Just be careful how you approach her, try not to be confrontational. if that doesn't work, go to your real manager.

Of corse shes not the fucken boss i confronted my boss once and he started to treat me diffrent so give it a try if not theres always onther job out there

I know the feeling, I have some co-workers that get away on not doing anything, sometime I wish I could just *&^%% their lights out, but I remain calm but it's hard sometimes not to confront them.

Yes. She needs to know you do not answer to her, she is not the boss and she needs to back off.
