...but the problem is, my water got turned off. What can I use to achieve the desired effect ? I was thinking Wesson oil OR I could have my neighbor drink a 24 pack of beer and then pee all over it.

gosh, Porn Star, I'm glad I read all the other answers, first. That comment about KY and slip 'n' slide had also popped into the twisted corridors of the brain, and I must admit it works, too.
But you really just want a sort of poll - which is better, the Wesson oil or the recycled beer?
I honestly have to say the Wesson oil does it for me. That way you can drink some of the beer, too. And if you are really into environmental consciousness and recycling all that much, you'll still find a way to have a good time.
Further, once good coat of Wesson oil goes a loooooonnnnggggg way, if you get my drift. That slip 'n' slide might be awfully busy, and the oil just does it right, hey?

You might at least consider having your neighbor just simply pee on you and forget the slip n slide altogether as twisted as you are you'll probably get more pleasure out of that than the sliding thing anyway

bring your slip n' slide to a friend's house that has water.
oil might be fun, but peeing on it is just gross.
you could pour the beer on the slip n' slide, but i guess that would be wasteful. oh i don't know.
