My height is 175 cm n weight 48 kg,I m telling u the tips that i use to maintain my weight..Just follow the following tips n i m 100%sure you will see the difference with in a month
1.Stop taking fast food,fried snacks and cream
2.Start running at-least for 1/2 hour (u can take rest for few min)
3.Always drink warm water(it solubles fat)
4.Try to avoid red meat.
5.Most IMPORTANT take caffeine in form of coffee(little bit hard coffee) that too hot coffee not cold
6.& avoid eating but dont go for starvation too bcoz it can weaken ur body
n while taking coffee increase ur water(warm) intake..

I think the best way to stay fit is get Veggie Snacks and snack on them instead of sweets.Only have sweets once a week.During commericals on TV do push-ups,curl ups,sit-ups,handstands use weights ect. If your a big shopper go to the biggest mall in your city then dint take any money but walk around all day and look at stuff you would look good in when you get fit!Its a great way to exercise and not spend allot of money!

I have lost 20 pounds in alittle over a month just by switching from regular soda to diet. It takes a few days to get use to the different taste, but it seems to work.
