A scientific paper consists of a few main things:

Title
Abstract- Summary of the experiment including the results and if your hypothesis was supported or refuted. Note it cannot be more that 250 words.

Introduction/Background- This is the section where you state how you became interested in this subject and how it is applicable to the world if your hypothesis is supported. Note: it must contain a hypothesis!

Materials and Methods: Materials and how you used them in a sentence form. This means you have to write a paragraph, not a recipe and list them.

Observations- this is where you write about what you observed.

Data- Data, Tables, Graphs, and physical evidence of your experiment.

Results- Discuss if your hypothesis was supported or refuted.

Discussion/Conclusion- Then discuss why or how your results supported or refuted the hypothesis. Also, discuss how your results are applicable to the world.

References- A list of References.
