Sorry, who asked this retarded question? Germany IS NOW a world leading economic power, and has been most of last century. A 7th grade world history class should have covered this in most states.

No,but it tried and failed.to be economic power you must have a vast banking system,and influence with all the crooked politicians and businesses and a very organised milatary industrial setup in the world which Germany never had.since WW2 Germany is in the shadow of USA.You can say it is a token economic entity
