Who decides? And on what basis? It's one thing if a person decides to die for himself (either by taking active steps or by refusing medical intervention) and a different thing if someone else is choosing that the person would be better off dead. Are their motives really pure? Are they just trying to save on medical bills and get their inheritance sooner? When exactly is life no longer worth living? It's tricky.
