Have reservations at the Hilton in downtown Houston. Check in and have a few drinks at the bar which is in the center of the hotel. Around dark there is a mass exodus to walk about 2 blocks to where you watch the Houston fireworks. Come back to the hotel and sit in the lounge couches and watch the people for the rest of the night (now people watching is the most fun of all) lol. You can occasionally see the HOT babe come in and wait for the old guy, they have a drink and before you know it they go to his room (wonder what she does). Anyway it's the best time, drinking and watching people have fun. Worth the cost but the bar tab sure can add up.

Well it is the day after my birthday. So I will spend it down by the bay watching the fireworks with my new husband and my kids

Don't want to find myself surrounded by drunks, who think that firing off guns is a good way to celebrate, after they run out of annoying fireworks.

Well I do what to have a great time with my friends, but I don't wnat to be stuck alone because of my mom, agian.

Sit in traffic for hours after the fireworks just so we can get home...but we probably will anyway.

cookout, hang with the family and friends. do fireworks and watch movies, just chill out for the day
