Why would you ask that? I interviewed in a job for 4 years and never had anyone ask me that when I was interviewing them. It's an awfully strange question that begs suspicion.

Don't forget to ask them how many sick and vacation days, too. That always impresses a boss at an interview. Oh, and cigarette breaks.
