i plan on being a ff/paramedic for Dallas Fire Rescue -Texas

relies upon on the female. I once dated a guy who became a fireplace fighter. My acquaintances all concept he became a hottie, He became noticeably fantastic. I merely wasn't into him. some women don't like police officials nor hearth-combatants. some women dig geeky men. I for one do. i respect men who're somewhat nerdy/shy. Hypothetically, if I were to be your ordinary lady, i'd say, firemen are way hotter than police officials. Plus, they don't provide out tickets. they merely swing down a pole of their pleasing uniform, strive against fires and probability their lives without utilizing guns (except for his or her hearth hose, lol). while police officials, I have a tendency to associate as ones who like to grant out rushing tickets and park in the front of Donut international (a minimum of those from the position I stay).

There are women firefighters and paramedics. Women can do anything men can do as long as you are in good health physically and mentally I say GO FOR IT.

If you are physically able to do the job, then I don't have a problem with it. I just wouldn't feel comfortable with a woman carrying me out of a burning building. I want a man to do that.

don't let your gender stop you. i was a vol. fire fighter, and i was in my 40's. you can do whatever you choose. women have the tendancy to do everything the correct way, where men will take the shortcut

Go for it. Know that you must be able to accomplish the same training the men do, though, and its rigorous, physically and mentally.
