How do you spend a day off?

how can i enjoy my day off?

Sleep in, grab a muffin and coffee and spend the morning at a library and museum or gallery. Then go to the beach or a park. Take in a movie at night and then have a slice of pie just before bed.

I like to spend my day off at the lake. if you want it quiet and you happen to have a weekday off, that's the best time to go. If you want a little more social time go on the weekends. I'm a mom of 2 my kids love the lake. Though it does not always take me away, sometimes it's just nice to be outdoors getting some fresh air, getting out of the house that may seem very confining at times.

if you ask my wife , she would say, that is easy.
all he does is spend time on this site or on the internet.(smile)

nothing is further from the truth.
the reality is that in most mens life there exists what is called a "HONEY DO LIST"

it is a list that my wife makes up throughout the week, and gives it to me on friday night.

fix the dryer, mow the yard, you know the windows need to be rewashed this week.

oh and don't forget that we have to help mom
(mother in law) this week end,

the list goes on but that is how most of us spend a day off.

but know what she is worth every minute of the time, very worth it . so guess she gets my days off.

and i love eveey monute of pleasing her.

besides i live here to and at least half the responsibility falls on me

I would not know, I am a wife and mom and have not a real day off in 27 yrs.

Spend it on yourself. Do what YOU want to do and forget everyone else exists. Unless that makes you happy being with others. Pamper yourself!!

i just drop buy at the mall, go window-shop. or spend the whole day with my family. rent a dvd or vcd and see it with them while having my cooked pop-corn...i miss it a lot.
