Those savage killers/terrorists in Iraq and Afghanistan are getting their weapons from somewhere. But where? Find out the source and destroy it. I think they are too stupid to make these weapons themselves. Who is providing them with their killer weapons?

Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, possibly a Russian Republic, possibly, covertly, China...basically any enemy or enemy supporter of the US that can. The militants in Iraq and Afghanistan don't possess the resources to be able to make weapons themselves. It is less expensive to buy them elsewhere. Keep in mind...anyone that's buying or selling sure isn't taking about it.

Russia, Syria, Iran, Egypt, Libya. There are lots of people who,will sell the terrorists the weapons, as various governments have their own agendas. Could even be France, who knows, I dont think you can trust the French, Chirak is a crook anyway.
