If we negotatied with Saddam to buy Iraq from him and told him what would happen to him if we had to invade Iraq for the oil. Do you think we could have convinced him to sell for what we have spent on the war so far?

i think we could of. for what it's costing us daily in money we will never see again. The unfortunate slaughter of our troops which we will never see again because of President Bush's and his cabinets lie's to start the war. He should be seen in the same light as osama and saddam.

Could you possibly be more of an idiot than you are?
It wasn't about the oil... It was about finding the bast**rds who killed our citizens!
The oil and gas prices are a by-product.
And I am sure a man of Saddam's stature would not be a sell-out!
Though he is a sick and disgusting man, he believes in what he is doing...

no. there's no buying Saddam and definitely no buying bin Laden, this is not about money to them, this is about religion and personal convictions, september 11th was terrible but it was just a preview of what's to come. brace yourself.
