Can I put a RT in an inside room w/ just a small skylight...if I have to do that...what are some good lighting options?

It'll probably slowly decline under only that lighting, shedding the leaves it can't support with the limited food it's making for itself.

I'd recommend at least a spotlight type growlight; it'd have to be on eight hours a day...you could, alternatively, move the plant to a window one day a week....it should be ok for quite a while with some light through a window one day a week and the rest in the interior room. Good luck!

A rubber tree is tropical and needs light . Place it in as much light as possible, maybe a couple floor lights if your room is very dark. Good luck PS Don't forget the fertilizer!!

Yes, but keep the leaves clean and make sure not to overwater.
