Lizzie D, it's "you're" not "your". And not one of the 9 / 11 highjackers was from Iraq ! Not one ! 15 of 19 were Saudis....What are you people smoking ! ?

Point-Counterpoint. Lizzie D, lets say that someone from the town you live in goes to another town and murders someone. Does that mean that everyone in your hometown is a murderer, or agrees with murdering? I have my own theory, based on the Illuminati, underground government, and so on. Do I believe Iraq had anything to do with it? All I can say for almost all certainty is that the hijackers definitely did, other than that we may never know the real truth. Get this, they say they found the drivers license of the hijacker and some other documentation refering to the operations of that jet, a few blocks from the towers. Lets see, everyone and everything blown to bits and burried, no one else found anyone else's drivers licenses. Well they did but they were still in their billfolds or purses. So how is it they claim to find the hijacker's? No body, just the document and license, just the proof they need. Funny, eh? Or how is they find video tapes of Bin Laden, just lying around? Planted maybe? Don't get me wrong, I was born and bread American, its American blood that runs through my veins. Lets just say that the Government could have told us anything, they could have said the hijackers were Mexican or German, and most of Americans would blindly believe them. Iraq comes to mind because of Oil. Bush, Cheney are both oil men. First we went over to get Bin Laden. When Bush failed at that, he stated that Bin Laden wasn't that important,. Then he stated that they had WMD. I suspect more lies, buy I can't prove it. Then they went after Saddam. Its a mess that never should have happened in my book.

Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 but Saddam Hussain's wrong ambitions were to do with this World as a whole. We have to take some steps to prevent the wrong doings and so the US did that.

EVERYBODY... go read the 9-11 report... that's the government's own report on what happened during 9-11 and who caused it...

Iraq has VERY thin links compared to almost every country in the region... Saudi has tons of links... but we act like they are our best friend...

I believe Iraq was a screwed up place to begin with, but wasn't an immediate threat to National Security.

We've got the right war with the wrong players for the wrong reason.

Of course indirectly, they supported the terror groups that did and supported the 911 events

So did Egypt and Iran but we had issues with Sadam because he betrayed the US after we put him in power against the Russians.

Iraq under Saddam supported and protected the terrorist.
