I have never heard anyone say eleventeen. Different parts of the country have different ways of talking so most likely either one could be used by eleven is more common.

11 is eleven. "Eleventeen" is incorrect. I don't even think it's a word.

Maybe we should say it as ten-one. We say 21 as twenty-one. Why not say it as twone or twene or something like that?
