Hmmm..
I'd only want fame if I could do something with it to leave the world a better place, otherwise, I don't think it would be worth the media attention, the pressure on myself and those I care about to look/act perfectly, and the alienation it would make my peers feel.
If I were to be famous, I guess I'd want to be famous as the person whose genetic code helped unlock the secrets to some medical malady--like having my blood carry a natural resistance to AIDS or a cure for cancer.

I think I'd like my work to be famous not me. For example an award winning novelist with a famous stage name which disguised my true name and although my work was known my face was not. There is another part that would like to be known all the way. But due to the lack of privacy and crazy fan base you get at times being creatively quiet is quite intriguing to me.

I would say that I want to be famous for my stories that will turn the world on its side. We all know that when some writes a story that upsets some sect of people...they become famous for speaking their minds. The USA is a conceited nation...and and to make it even more rediculous...its a dumb nation, but at least we have freedom of speech.

I don't like to be famous because I want to live the way I want not what people want..Also I want to do any thing I like not what people like,,being famous for me doesn't mean any thing..

I don't want to be famous! I never want to see my name in lights unless it's at a surprise 60th birthday or sumthing (HaHa). I want the people I love to carry on my love to others. I want to be famous to the people who really care about me! If I were famous, I would want to be famous for being myself!

I want to be a famous...possibly infamous music journalist. Infamous simply because I wouldn't sugarcoat like most music journalists do. And I wouldn't lie and dumb my articles down, it wouldn't be mainstream. If I liked it, I liked it. If I hated it, a band would be getting the worst write up of their existence.

I would not want to be famous..the lack of privacy would be too much for me to handle..I like to consider myself famous with my family and friends..the people that matter to me most

No, not in the worldwide famous type of way.
I would like to be known in amongst my closest family, friends, and in my community as a person with a giving and compassionate heart who has priorities in order;
Most of all, I want my name written in the book of Life and for God to tell me "Well done, good and faithful servant" when I get to heaven.

Well sort of..yah..I think it would be cool to use my voice in commercial ads or radio ads..I think I am quite good at reciting things like that..but that way I could avoid being famous and in the medias eye...hate how they hound celeb's..Or be known for winning the states lottery billions!...=)
