first of all, if you have some ideas you should consider trying to write it out. Other than that, you could do some research and try and find companies who will buy your ideas and professionally publish them. But the best bet is that if you have an idea, no one can write it better than you can.

Most authors have tons of story ideas in their heads and aren't looking for someone else's ideas. If you have a good idea for a book write it yourself.

Then once you have finished it, you can submit it to agents and editors. (The only genre where you don't have to have a 100% completed draft to submit is non-fiction, but it is still a good idea to have a large portion of it done.)

If you have an idea for a book, why not write it yourself and make the money, instead of letting someone else get it.
