In any male dominated field- a female boss will be tougher to prove that they can do their job. We have to work twice as hard to prove ourselves in many fields. Of course if she's like a manager of a hair salon, then probably NOT

Based on my experiences, I don't think so. The good thing about female bosses is that they tend to be more flexible, but unfortunately they tend to be rather cliquish.

I think so. As women, we have kind of been taught to be taken seriously we need to be hard asses. Sometimes this is good but sometimes it goes to our heads.
