The penis is the primary reproductive organ of most male mammals (with the exception of monotremes such as the duckbilled platypus), and certain species of snake (though snakes usually have two organs known as hemipenes).
In human males, it consists of two erectile bodies known as the corpus cavernosum, and another body of spongy tissue known as the corpus spongiosum. Together, all three of these are known as the erectile bodies.
The corpus cavernosum comprise the bulk of the penis and are responsible for achieving and maintaining a tumescent state (erection). The corpus spongiosum makes up the head of the penis and the small shaft on the underside which contains the urethra, and is responsible for holding the urethra open in males.
Outside these three erectile bodies, the penis consists of skin which is designed to move freely over the shaft of the penis to allow for comfortable stimulation and movement during sexual intercourse, and a specialized glandular cover to protect and maintenance the head of the penis, which is often removed in some societies using either a surgical or ritualistic procedure known as circumcision.
The function of the penis is to deposit sperm within a female's body for the purpose of fertilizing her egg (or eggs), in order to increase the chances of successful fertilization.

Well my good friend, pennies are the smallest denomination of U.S. currency. A penny is one cent, 1/100 of a dollar, or $0.01. They are made of copper, but now have a portion of zinc in them to make the cheaper to manufacture. Pennies are, contrary to popular belief, not a male sex organ. If attempted to be used in this way, disaster may occur. This should never be attempted, for they are in fact tiny metal slices germ-infected horror, and should not come into contact with any bodily fluid.
