I'm a recent college grad looking for a full-time job in the Cleveland, OH area. I have a temp/contract position right now and I love it, but I need something full-time. I've got resumes out all over the place but nothing's coming out of any of it. I am looking into going through a headhunter, but I don't want someone I have to pay BEFORE I get any results. Any agencies you can direct me to (CREDIBLE agencies/people!!!) would be appreciated

I explored the option of using a headhunter/recruiter about 5 years ago when I was laid off from my previous job. I went to a couple of temp agencies and they told me I was over-qualified.
Besides the headhunter/recruiter wanted to charge an 'arm and a leg' for them to help me. Lucky for me I was able to find something soon and I still have the job after almost 5 years!

Go it alone. I don't use them and, starting out, they are not that great of a source.
