No, you will not lose it. But the first and second trimester are the most critical.

no matter how much you drink even a little can harm a baby..
example:
a glass of beer or hard liquor can harm a child..as it all depends on how much you drank during your pregnancy.
1. your child be born either 3 weeks early or 3 months early to 6 months early that child will be considered to be pre-mature and your medical bills will be in excess of 50,000.00
2. your child be of low birth weight.. 6lbs is the average weight for a child.... your baby's apgar scores will be lower .. apgar scores are tests to check your babys responses to light, size of his or her head, breathing responses etc.
3. fetal alcohol syndrome is the result of alcohol consumption. no matter if you are 18 or 50 when you drink booze.
4. most kids start talking at a early age your child wont be talking at all.. alcohol will have damaged his or her brain.
5. sometimes this has happened. a part of his or her brain will be open, the spinal cord area will be open and not fully closed as development is affected.
in other words DONT DRINK BOOZE or do drugs when you are pregnant..
if you have drank during your pregnancy>> IMMEDIATELY STOP and please be honest with your ob/gyn dr and tell him or her you drank during your 1st 4 months so they can watch you and your baby via ultrasound and blood tests will be done to monitor your babys development.

High levels of alcohol consumption during pregnancy can
affect the unborn baby (fetus) mentally and physically.
It is called F.A.S - Fetal Alcohol Syndrome
High levels would be 8.5 standard drinks in a week
BUT I would not recommend alcoholic drink of any kind
anytime during pregnancy. It's not worth the risk.

even a tiny amount of alcohol can seriously damage your baby. it can give it downs syndrome, mental and/or physical retardation, a variety of diseases that could end up killing it, or just might flat out kill the child. If you want to drink, just remember that once the nine months is over, you can drink almost all you want as long as it's a safe amount. but right now it would be stupid.

No alcohol is good when you are pregnant. I'm sure that there are women out there who didn't know they were pregnant and they might have had a couple drinks. It's probably different for every woman and each pregnancy how your body will react with the alcohol. If you are concerned you should talk to your obgyn.

I don't think so, but the alcohol can cause physical and mental developmental problems for the unborn baby. Drinking and smoking should stop if you are planning to get pregnant or think you are pregnant. Put the baby's health first.

No!!! Your child all his/her life may deal with fetal acohol syndrome. I have more than a few as students. For God's sake! put it away for nine months will you pluhlease?!?!?
Oh, and if that isn't inconvenient enough.... you'll be sitting over more than your fair share of conference tables discussing how we are going to go about specializing your child's educational needs... That's during your working hours when you need to be at work, earning money. Good luck. (can you tell my nerves are a bit raw on this subject??)

I think the biggest risk with drinking alcohol while pregnant is a disorder the baby can develop called "fetal alchohol syndrome".

You will not lose your baby. Any amount of alcohol during pregnancy can result in fetal alcohol syndrome. FAS can cause facial deformities, harm to brain growth and result in years of heart break for parents. If your Dr. says you can have a glass of wine tell him/her to go back to school. Dr.s are only taught about alcohol for 5 min. through out their years of school. Please don't drink!!! If you do I guess I'll have a future client.
